You will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with bunk beds, along with 1 bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen and modern interior provide everything needed for a relaxing stay. Amenities include high-speed WiFi for video calls, air conditioning in the living room, television, video on demand, washing machine, and clothes dryer. A baby bed is available for families traveling with young children. Step outside to enjoy your private garden and uncovered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining with the provided plancha grill. The private outdoor pool is open from June to September and is heated for your comfort throughout the season. Parking is available in the street for your convenience. Please note that smoking, pets, and events are not allowed on the property. The villa enjoys an ideal location just minutes from the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer and Longeville-sur-Mer, while remaining close to the center of Angles with its shops, market, and restaurants. In July and August, rentals are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday. For stays of one week or more, bed and bathroom linens as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included. A civil liability insurance certificate may be requested before your arrival.
